Go it alone if you have to.
My 10-day trip to Central Europe was one of the first times I travelled for an exended period of time on my own. I have to admit, that even though I had done shorter solo trips in Mexico the year before, I was a bit apprehensive about doing a longer trip by my lonesome. I started my trip in Budapest and my fears about solo travel were assuaged- I got out there and did a free walking tour of Buda and Pest and before I knew it, I met two cool Colombians that I ended up going to Vienna with. Moral of the story? Solo travel rocks!
